Acrylic Templates are used for cutting the fabric into the right shape, with the right seam allowance. They're clear and easy to see through so that you can get the fabric design in just the right spot.

Tales of Cloth acrylic templates are 3mm thick and include a 3/8" seam allowance and fabric marking holes.
